6 New ICE SUVs Priced In 10-15 Lakh Range To Be Launched Soon

From Tata Motors and Mahindra to Kia and Renault, companies have lined up 6 new premium ICE SUVs over the next 4-5 weeks

The 10-15 lakh-range premium SUV is one of the fastest-growing and most lucrative car segments in the Indian market. Six new SUVs are likely to be launched in this segment by next month, including models from both homegrown and international brands:

1. Tata Harrier Petrol

Tata Motors will launch a Tata Harrier with an all-new 1.5-litre Hyperion turbocharged four-cylinder petrol engine that produces 158 hp at 5,000 rpm and 255 Nm of torque at 1,750-4,000 rpm. The company will likely offer it with 6-speed manual transmission and 6-speed automatic transmission options.

2. Tata Safari Petrol

A Tata Safari Petrol will also be launched with the Tata Harrier Petrol, featuring the same Hyperion engine. It should be offered with the same 6-speed automatic transmission(s) as the five-seat model.

3. Next-gen Kia Seltos

Kia unveiled the second generation of its maiden product in India – the Seltos. The new-gen Kia Seltos is noticeably larger and more spacious and features a more aggressive exterior and a more modern interior. Bookings are open and prices will be out on Jan 2.

4. New MG Hector

On 15 December, JSW MG Motor will roll out a second facelift for the Hector. The updated Hector will feature minor changes, possibly including a new radiator grille, new 18-inch alloy wheels, and an upgraded 14-inch touchscreen infotainment system with 10 GB of RAM for improved performance.

5. Mahindra XUV 7XO

On 5 January 2026, Mahindra will launch the XUV 7XO, a facelifted version of the XUV 700. The renamed and redesigned model will feature revised headlamps and tail lamps, a new radiator grille, new 18-inch alloy wheels, and perhaps even three 12.3-inch HD dashboard displays, among other major updates.

6. Next-gen Renault Duster

Renault will introduce the third-generation Duster in India on 26 January and likely launch it in the following month. The latest Duster, already on sale globally, features a whole new level of sophistication in design, comfort, convenience, and connectivity. It will likely be offered with 1.0-litre turbocharged three-cylinder and 1.3-litre turbocharged four-cylinder petrol engine options.
