Royal Enfield One Ride 2026 is an 125th anniversary global riding event set to take place on September 20; every participant will contribute to the brand’s snow leopard conservation pledge

Royal Enfield will host the 125th anniversary edition of One Ride on September 20, 2026 as it will bring together riders through more than 1,600 rides across over 60 countries. The global event will also support snow leopard conservation in the Himalayas as Royal Enfield commits a contribution towards conservation efforts for every participant.

The large scale of this year’s event comes as the motorcycle brand celebrates 125 years. Rides will take place across several major cities and riding communities – stretching from Mumbai to Madrid and São Paulo to Sydney. Royal Enfield says the event will connect its global riding community through a shared interest in motorcycling while also giving the 2026 edition a conservation purpose.

The company recorded participation from more than 53,000 riders during One Ride 2025 and expects this year’s event to reach an even larger audience. The conservation initiative focuses on the snow leopard and the Himalayan ecosystem that supports the species. Royal Enfield has long associated the Himalayas with its riding community – particularly through motorcycle journeys across the region.

The company says the relationship also carries a responsibility towards the landscapes and communities connected to these routes – leading to the decision to link every One Ride 2026 participant to a conservation contribution. India currently has an estimated snow leopard population of 718 and the species is regarded as a keystone species in the high Himalayas where its presence contributes to the ecological balance of the region.

Royal Enfield’s conservation work is carried out through its Social Mission which supports community conservation projects across Himachal Pradesh, Ladakh, Uttarakhand, Sikkim and Jammu and Kashmir. The company’s existing programmes cover more than 10,500 square kilometres of snow leopard habitat across these regions.

The company says 53 square kilometres have been brought under its community conservation programme. The One Ride initiative will add further support to these efforts – linking a global motorcycle event directly to conservation work in the Himalayan region.
