The waiting period of Tata Motors’ PV range in August 2026 ranges from 1 to 2 weeks on several models to as high as 18 to 24 weeks for select Tiago EV and Punch EV variants. The longest delivery timelines are concentrated among certain electric versions while many petrol, diesel and CNG models have considerably shorter waits.

The Tigor and Altroz sit at the quickest end of the range as each carries an estimated waiting period of 1 to 2 weeks across their respective powertrains. The Curvv EV also has a 1 to 2 week timeline while petrol and CNG versions of the Nexon can be delivered in around 1 to 2 weeks. The petrol Curvv follows the same timeline while its diesel versions require around 2 to 3 weeks.

The Nexon diesel and Nexon EV have estimated waits of 3 to 4 weeks. The Tiago has a significant difference between its variants. tHE Smart versions in petrol and CNG guise come with a waiting period of around 10 to 12 weeks whereas other petrol and CNG versions require around 4 to 6 weeks. The Tiago EV sits at the top end of the table as the Smart 19 and Pure+ 19 versions can be had with an estimated waiting period of 18 to 24 weeks.

The Punch follows a similar pattern across its powertrain range as the Smart petrol and CNG versions require around 10 to 12 weeks while other petrol and CNG variants have an estimated timeline of 6 to 7 weeks. The Punch EV Smart 30 carries an 18 to 24 week wait; the Smart 40 requires 10 to 12 weeks and other Punch EV variants sit at around 8 to 10 weeks.

The Sierra also has sizeable differences based on its powertrain and variant. The petrol NA Smart version carries a waiting period of 6 to 8 weeks while other naturally aspirated petrol versions require around 2 to 3 weeks. The turbo GDI automatic versions have an estimated 4 to 6 week timeline while both diesel manual and automatic versions have it at around 2 to 3 weeks.

The Sierra EV Pure 65 has a 12 to 15 week wait whereas other versions require around 4 to 6 weeks. The Harrier and Safari show another notable difference between petrol and diesel versions. The petrol variants of both SUVs carry an estimated 10 to 12 week waiting period whereas their diesel counterparts can be delivered in around 2 to 3 weeks. The Harrier EV has a shorter 2 to 3 week timeline across its range.
