Mahindra is planning to launch as many as 6 new SUVs in 2026 and here we have briefed out the upcoming ones
Mahindra & Mahindra has endured a tremendous 2025 calendar year with multiple new launches that have become instantly popular amongst consumers. Looking to carry the momentum into 2026, the homegrown manufacturer is bracing to bring in new SUVs across different segments and here we have explained them:
1. Mahindra XUV 7XO:
On Jan 5, 2026 Mahindra will introduce the XUV 7XO which is essentially the rebranded and upgraded version of the XUV 700. It takes design inspiration from the XEV 9S while the interior gains plenty of new features including a triple-screen layout, 540-deg camera, 16-speaker audio, ADAS visualisation, a revamped interior and more.
2. Updated Mahindra Thar Roxx:
The five-door Mahindra Thar Roxx has been well received by customers since its market launch and it appears that its range will be expanded with equipment additions and perhaps the inclusion of the 1.5L diesel engine in early 2026 judging by recent spy images.
3. Mahindra XUV 3XO EV:
The electric version of the Mahindra XUV 3XO has been caught on camera multiple times testing this year and it could arrive in the due course of 2026. The XUV 3XO EV will be positioned below the XUV 400 to take on the likes of Tata Punch EV and others with two battery options.
4. Mahindra BE 6 Rall-E:
The more hardcore take on the BE 6 is also on the rumour mill for long and it will sit on the dedicated INGLO skateboard architecture. While having a lot in common with the BE 6 including the battery packs, it could differentiate itself with a more adventure ready stance, higher ground clearance and perhaps larger wheels.
5. Mahindra Scorpio N Facelift:
Also spotted testing, the facelifted Scorpio N is all prepared to get subtle cosmetic changes but the major revisions could be reserved for the interior. We do expect updated upholstery, surface trims and materials along with a more upmarket features list while the familiar 2.0L petrol and 2.2L diesel engines will stay put.
6. Mahindra Vision S:
The Vision S was one of the four concept showcased by Mahindra in August 2025 alongside debuting a brand new NU_IQ monocoque platform. It will give rise to a more compact iteration of the Scorpio N before the closure of 2026 or in early 2027 and it could share engine and transmission options with the XUV 3XO.
