Hyundai India will launch three new cars in the coming months in an attempt to regain the lost ground in the domestic sales
Hyundai is not having the best of times in the Indian market from the past few months. It has already been dethroned from the position of country’s second largest auto brand in terms of sales volume – a position it held for the longest period of time. Except for the Creta SUV, the other models are not doing well for the company in recent months. Hence, it has a lot of hope from the 3 upcoming cars slated to launch in the coming 6-8 months in India. In this piece, we will talk in detail about the 3 new Hyundai cars launching in 2025-26 in our country.
1. New-Gen Hyundai Venue
The new-gen Hyundai Venue is confirmed to launch in and around Oct 2025 in India. The recent spy images reveal that most of the styling updates have been borrowed from the current-gen Creta including the headlights and DRLs. It will also get redesigned 16-inch alloy wheels while panoramic sunroof and all four disc brakes are also likely to be offered in the higher trims.

It has been learnt that the new SUV will come equipped with Level 2 ADAS suite with a host of advanced safety features. For reference, the current model of Hyundai Venue boasts of Level 1 ADAS tech. Mechanically, it will be unchanged as the same set of petrol and diesel engines with manual as well as automatic gearboxes will be at the helm of affairs.
2. Hyundai Ioniq 5 facelift
The Ioniq 5 has been on sale for more than two years now in the Indian market. Soon, the company will launch the facelifted version of the all-electric sedan as it has already been revealed in global markets. The 2025 Ioniq 5 facelift is sportier than before while the cabin gets a lot more physical buttons and a new 3-spoke steering wheel.
Around a month back, it was captured on camera for the very first time in India as a test mule, indicating that a launch is on cards. Some of the notable features on-board include 8-airbags, Level 2 ADAS, OTA updates, and Digital Key 2 among others. The Ioniq 5 facelift comes equipped with a 84 kWh battery pack which returns a driving range in excess of 500 km on a full charge.

3. Hyundai Verna facelift
The 2025 Verna facelift was recently spotted testing with a heavy camouflage. It is likely to get subtle cosmetic updates at the outside, predominantly at the front fascia. The cabin will also be updated with new and modern features while the engine options will remain the same. The transmission choices are also expected to be retained from the current model.
